"Brewster" is a coming 4 year old APHA Registered Paint gelding standing 15.1 hands high. It's hard to come up with a headline for this horse because everything about him is so wonderful. To sum him up, he is a horse you can enjoy every single ride, no matter what. He packs the kids of all ages around like a seasoned school horse, and he has the moves and talent to hit the show ring! He is absolutely safe and forgiving with a kind soul, a gentle nature, and quiet mind. You can do ANYTHING with him, and he does it well. He is so smart and sensible, even doing things for the first time feels like he's been doing it his whole life. Brewster is a superstar over fences, always being brave and honest. He is coursing 2"6 with plenty of scope for more, and has easy flying changes. With his great flatwork, scope, and bravery out cross country, he ready to be entered into an event today. If that's not enough, he has spent the last year doing work in film production on the side. He will sit, lay down, bow, lay flat, and stand on mark. How cool is that?! Whether you want to compete, trail ride, build your confidence, or all of the above, Brewster is the best partner to simply enjoy the ride with. 

In the ring, Brewster is a star. He has had a solid foundation on the flat and acts three times his age. He is kind and forgiving with unbalanced and timid riders, and has the buttons for a more advanced rider to utilize too. He knows his lateral work, flying changes, has great transitions, and will ride in the bridle softly. He is just as happy riding around the farm bareback  in a halter and lead rope as he is schooling dressage or jumping around. He does weekly lessons with the local girls, and he is an absolute barn favorite! Brewster is very comfortable with three adjustable and easy to sit gaits. Under western tack, Brewster has a good neck rein, steers off the leg, has nice pivots, and a great sliding stop. Over fences, he is simple and honest. We don't jump very high at his age, though he definitely has the ability to do so! He is easily putting together courses, and pays no mind to scary jump fill or new things. Even off property at a new farm on a cold, windy morning, he popped around a new course with zero prep. I wish all of my seasoned show horses were as easy as he is!

On the trails and off property, Brewster is so much fun! He is the horse we choose when we want to kick back and enjoy the ride. If you've had a long day and just want to relax without having to think too much, Brewster is the horse you need. Load him up and hit the trails, go to a clinic or lesson, or just hack around the farm. He is a reliable partner in any location, for any job. He goes right into water, swims, goes up and down banks, over logs, and is safe on any terrain. He has been ridden on trails with huge drop offs, cliffs, and deep mud with no hesitation or nerves. Brewster will ride out alone or on a group, and is happy to lead the way if other horses get spooked. 

In the barn, Brewster is a sweetie pie. He loves attention and being groomed and loved on. The children can all safely handle him, and he stands politely to be groomed, tacked, and bathed. Brewster is the first to the gate and will follow you into the barn without even needing to halter him! He is a true pal, he loves people and aims to please. Brewster lives out 24/7 in a mixed herd, but is a good boy when he is stalled. He has no vices, maintenance or limitations, and is an easy keeper.  

Brewster is by far one of the nicest, easiest, most well rounded horses we have offered. Don't overlook him because he is plain bay, that just makes him easier to keep clean!
