Napoleon earned his name by being a brave man in a small package. He is a pro on the cross country course and is a willing partner in any discipline.
Napoleon came from a very reputable program and we were lucky to be able to get him for our program. He is the type of horse that can have months off and be the same horse for his rider.
In the ring he stays in his gate and is a forward but safe and responsive mover. He has comfortable gates and is fun to ride. He is not a jerk like some ponies. He thinks he’s a big guy and acts like one.
He is a willing jumper in the ring and on the field. He is not jumping courses but he is a wiling partner and will do well in that discipline.
He loves to trail ride and is trust worthy in all terrain. We have taken him on long day trips and let the smaller riders feel confident with him. He is low to the ground but solid built for larger riders. He is not just made for kids.
In the barn he is sweet and loving. He does not have to be chased around the pasture. He loads, clips and stands for the farrier. He is a pleasure to own and enjoy.
